We understood the customer’s exact requirements and gave an API solution which would allow them to be able to send transactional messages like order confirmation update, payment updates and delivery updates using Instant Messenger from  their website. A trigger in the customer’s website automatically sent an outgoing notification to its customers. It allowed them to maintain instant communication with their customers and ultimately give a better service.
